When you contact us, we will immediately schedule an initial conference. At the initial conference, you will meet with both Mr. Moss and Ms. Moody to discuss in detail the issues relating to your case. We will obtain an in-depth history of the specifics of your case, educate you on the legal process, and answer all of your questions. The initial conference usually takes one to two hours. You will be charged a flat fee for the initial conference.
